Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients
  • Dice the onion and garlic.
  • Trim any excess fat from the beef tips.
  • Assemble in the Slow Cooker
  • Place the beef tips in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the onion soup mix, black pepper, and smoked paprika over the beef.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  • Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  • HIGH: Cook for 3-4 hours (if short on time).
