- 1 packet Hy-Vee To-Go Cookies & Cream Mix
- 1/2 cup Melted butter Unsalted preferred
- 1 large Egg Room temperature
- 1/4 cup Milk Any kind works
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine Hy-Vee To-Go Cookies & Cream Mix, melted butter, egg, and milk. Stir until well blended.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
