Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 medium apples peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter for cooking apples

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
